Responsibility
- Manage and organize the assigned section of the kitchen
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in developing new menu items
- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
