Pullman Jakarta Central Park is a 5-star hotel located in Podomoro City in West Jakarta adjacent to Central Park Mall, an internationally acclaimed destination. We are currently seeking a talented Chef De Partie - Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team.
Responsibility
- Create and prepare mouth-watering pastry dishes following standardized recipes
- Supervise and train junior pastry chefs in pastry production techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Ensure quality and consistency in all pastry products
- Assist in menu planning and development of new pastry items
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Chef De Partie
- Knowledge of pastry preparation techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field
