Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial agenda for PT Medika Loka Manajemen (PT MLM) within the Hermina Hospital Group. Based in Kemayoran, Jakarta Raya, this executive role is responsible for steering top-line growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and optimizing the revenue model across hospital services and care pathways.

As CCO, you will shape a consumer-centric, data-driven commercialization strategy that aligns clinical excellence with sustainable financial performance. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, and executive leadership to deliver superior patient outcomes while maximizing value for patients, payers, and the organization.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a holistic commercial strategy to maximize revenue across PT MLM’s portfolio, including inpatient/outpatient services, elective procedures, and ancillary offerings.
  • Lead pricing strategy, market segmentation, demand generation, and service-line profitability analyses.
  • Build and scale high-performance teams in sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships to drive patient acquisition and retention.
  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, corporate clients, government programs, and health networks.
  • Oversee revenue cycle management, payer contracting, and compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure sustainable margins.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation to improve growth and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations leadership to align care quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Provide leadership, governance, and risk management oversight to Hermina’s executive leadership and board reporting.

Qualification

  • Proven track record as CCO or senior commercial leader in healthcare or hospital groups with measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of hospital operations, payer landscape, insurance contracting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen, data analytics, and ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience with digital health, CRM, marketing automation, and care-path optimization.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ethical, patient-centric approach with a focus on risk management and governance.
