We are seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial department and drive the company's financial strategy. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and ensuring financial health, growth, and sustainability.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Manage financial risks and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial metrics
- Oversee the accounting department and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Qualification
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
- CPA or MBA in Finance is preferred
