Responsibility
- Assist senior therapists in conducting behavioral assessments for children
- Observe, document, and track behavioral patterns, triggers, and progress under supervision
- Support development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans
- Assist in delivering supervised therapy sessions and activities with children
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and healthcare staff to reinforce positive behaviors
- Collect and organize data, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings to review case progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Support follow-up activities and family education sessions as required
Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in psychology, counseling, special education, or a related field
- Strong interest in child development and behavioral therapy
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patience with children and families
- Ability to work under supervision and follow treatment plans
- Basic data collection, record-keeping, and observational skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team player
