Join Curie Oncology as a Clinic Assistant and play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced oncology clinic in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As a frontline member of our clinical team, you will provide essential administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate record-keeping, and a compassionate experience for every visitor. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying appointment details, managing patient flow, preparing examination rooms, assisting clinicians with basic procedures and vital sign measurements, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will coordinate scheduling, support referrals, and handle follow-up communications with care teams. You will also uphold infection control standards, stock and organize clinic supplies, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and private environment for all patients and families.

Responsibility
- Greet and check in patients, verify appointments and insurance details, and guide them through the clinic experience.
- Prepare examination rooms, sanitize equipment, and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist clinicians with basic procedures, measure vital signs, collect specimens as directed, and document findings in the electronic health record.
- Manage patient records in our secure system, maintain confidentiality, and support accurate documentation for continuity of care.
- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up communications with patients and care teams.
- Maintain infection control standards, safety protocols, and a clean, welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and support smooth clinic flow across specialty services as needed.
Qualification
- Diploma or certificate in healthcare administration, nursing support, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; proficient in data entry and basic record-keeping.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinic scheduling systems; strong computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of infection control and sanitation practices; commitment to patient privacy and data protection under local PDPA guidelines.
