In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our clinic, coordinating patient flow, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring accurate data collection and patient records. You will assist clinicians with routine tasks, prepare examination rooms, and maintain strict infection control and safety standards. You will also handle administrative duties such as billing support, insurance questions, and inventory management, enabling clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Responsibility
- Greet patients, verify information, and manage front-desk check-in/out processes
- Assist clinicians during basic procedures and exams while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure clean and organized workflows
- Manage patient records and data entry in the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow throughout the day
- Handle phone inquiries, referrals, and general administrative support
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education; healthcare-related certificate or diploma is a plus
- Prior clinic or medical front-desk experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a bonus
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic policies and procedures
