Responsibility
- Greet patients and manage the patient flow at reception, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and efficient queue management to minimize wait times.
- Prepare examination rooms, assist clinicians with basic procedures, and maintain patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure secure, organized documentation in our clinic software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, process referrals, and coordinate follow-ups as directed by medical staff.
- Monitor clinic supplies and ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene and infection control protocols.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related certificates are a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare support role.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; able to empathize with patients and families.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems or electronic medical records.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in a busy environment.
