Eden Women's Health is a fast-growing, patient-centered clinic dedicated to women’s wellness. We are seeking an experienced Clinic Assistant and O&G nurse to join our 5-star team in Orchard. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist O&G clinicians during consultations, examinations, prenatal visits, and minor procedures
- Manage patient flow, triage requests, take vitals, and document in the electronic medical record system
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, restock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
- Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, billing, coding, and insurance pre-authorisation
- Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, contraception, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate referrals to imaging, laboratories, and other departments; follow up on test results
- Maintain infection control, hygiene, privacy, and compliance with clinic policies

Responsibility
- Assist O&G clinicians during consultations, examinations and minor procedures

- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, restock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
- Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, billing, coding, and insurance pre-authorisation
- Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, contraception, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate referrals to imaging, labs, and other departments; follow up on results
- Uphold infection control, privacy, and clinic policies in all interactions
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in obstetrics or gynecology
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or equivalent; current practicing nurse license
- Registered Nurse with valid certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with EMR and clinic management software
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive patient information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible scheduling including occasional evenings or weekends
- Knowledge of infection control and privacy regulations
