Neuvel Aesthetic & Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive Clinic Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations in Surabaya. This key leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across all clinic processes. You will work closely with dentists, aestheticians, and front-line staff to maintain a smooth, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to safety and excellence.
As Clinic Supervisor, you will oversee scheduling, staff training, inventory management, and performance measurement, driving improvements that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and can balance compassionate service with operational discipline.
Responsibility
- Lead daily clinic operations to ensure seamless patient flow and outstanding service for aesthetic and dental procedures.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule front desk staff, assistants, and nursing personnel to maximize efficiency and morale.
- Enforce strict infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with health regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with clinicians to optimize utilization, minimize wait times, and improve patient experience.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships for consumables and equipment, ensuring uptime and cost control.
- Address patient inquiries and feedback with empathy, resolving issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Monitor clinic KPIs such as utilization, no-show rates, and patient satisfaction, and implement continuous improvements.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and staff training programs to sustain high service standards.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; dental or aesthetic clinics preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
- Proficiency with clinic management software and basic office tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous.
