Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation programs for a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal and sports patients.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists and students, providing feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons, and other health professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Utilise objective outcome measures and maintain meticulous clinical documentation.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives.
- Engage in community education, outreach, and internal staff training.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
- Current AHPRA registration and unrestricted practice.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
