Responsibility

  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluations.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT), tailored to patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
  • Document clinical activities, maintain high-quality notes, and ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior psychologists and mental health professionals; contribute to teaching and training activities.

Qualification

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology (clinical psychology preferred) and eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or other recognized regulatory body.
  • 5+ years of clinical psychology experience, preferably within a hospital or public healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in psychometric testing and neuropsychological assessments; strong diagnostic capabilities.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT) with demonstrated outcomes measurement.
