Job description
Genecast Innotech Pte Ltd is at a pivotal growth stage, expanding access to precision oncology through advanced molecular diagnostics. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be the primary partner for hospitals, pathology labs, and cancer centers across Singapore, translating complex genomics insights into practical benefits for clinicians and patients.
This role blends scientific credibility with strategic selling, requiring you to understand clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and procurement processes. You will collaborate with our clinical science team to tailor demonstrations, align our oncology assays with customer needs, and support successful installation and ongoing technical support.
In this field-based position, you will manage a defined territory in the West Coast region, build a robust pipeline, achieve quarterly targets, and forecast with accuracy. You will deliver compelling scientific presentations, lead training sessions for laboratory staff, and host clinical seminars that illustrate how oncology genomics informs diagnosis, prognosis, and personalized treatment decisions. Travel within Singapore and occasional regional visits will be part of your responsibilities.
Genecast Innotech offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression. If you are passionate about translating science into measurable patient impact and enjoy working with a diverse set of healthcare stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
