At Apex IT Labs, we architect and operate modern cloud infrastructure powering mission-critical applications for a global client base. We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Seattle-based team.
You will design scalable cloud architectures, implement automation, and ensure reliability and security across SaaS and on-premise integrations. This role offers an opportunity to shape the infrastructure that enables product teams to move fast with confidence.

Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP to meet performance and reliability goals.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate software delivery.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation; maintain versioned, auditable configs.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response with SRE practices and on-call rotation.
- Enforce security controls, compliance requirements, and cost optimization across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with software, security, and product teams to optimize performance and reliability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Solid Linux experience and scripting skills (Python, Bash).
- Containerization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
