You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements, and you’ll contribute to the design of processes and data flows that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and IT partners.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state models using BPMN/UML.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with UX, data, and development teams to ensure data quality and system interoperability.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and conduct feasibility and risk assessments.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness.
- Maintain traceability matrices and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience in a technology environment.
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create process models, and develop functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, data modeling, and data flows; experience with SQL is preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
