Join Nimbus Cloud Technologies as a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to lead design, deployment, and optimization of scalable cloud platforms. You will partner with product, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and secure cloud architectures that empower our customers to move fast and stay secure.
We are seeking a hands-on technologist who can translate complex requirements into robust multi-cloud solutions, drive best practices, and mentor a growing team of engineers.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable cloud architectures across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Partner with product, security, and operations teams to translate requirements into robust and secure cloud solutions.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance, cost optimization, reliability, and security controls.
- Build and manage infrastructure as code pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD tooling for multi-service deployments.
- Design, implement, and operate automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices in reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to privacy, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements across cloud platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong networking, identity and access management, encryption, and security controls in cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus.
