In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collections. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers while achieving collection targets.
Responsibility
- Manage and monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with delinquent accounts
- Document all collection activities and update account status accordingly
- Meet collection targets and deadlines
Qualification
- Prior experience in collections or customer service role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
