Responsibility
- Support chefs during service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely dish preparation.
- Assist with basic food preparation and mise en place for daily menus.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations; ensure equipment is sanitized and stored properly.
- Help receive, check, and rotate stock; assist with basic inventory and inventory control tasks.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls; ensure consistency in plating and presentation.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all kitchen activities.
- Assist with dishwashing, waste management, and overall kitchen maintenance as needed.
Qualification
