Responsibility
- Prepare ingredients for cooking according to standard recipes
- Assist in cooking and serving dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualification
- Previous experience as a Commis or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
