Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, transportation, and recommendations for dining or activities in Makati City.
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues efficiently with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure seamless experiences.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby or front desk area.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and payments accurately.
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and integrity.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a concierge, front desk officer, or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
