Primepower Manpower Services is seeking a polished and proactive Concierge Associate to join our hospitality-focused team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, delivering friendly and professional service that enhances every experience. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, arrange deliveries or reservations, coordinate with front desk and security teams, and support event or meeting setups as needed. You will also manage basic guest requests, maintain a welcoming lobby, and ensure a clean and organized environment. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help you create memorable interactions and foster lasting impressions.

In addition to guest-facing duties, you will collaborate with other hospitality teams to ensure brand standards are met across the lobby and reception. Responsibility
- Greet guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner, and direct them appropriately.
- Answer inquiries, provide information about local services, and assist with directions.
- Coordinate with front desk, security, and relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Manage reservations, deliveries, or appointments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area.
- Protect guest privacy and follow safety and security procedures.
- Use internal systems to document requests and communicate outcomes to guests and team.
- Support event or meeting logistics as needed.
Qualification
- College graduate or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
- Ability to multtask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving and guest-satisfaction mindset
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (MS Office); experience with CRM is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude
