Join R1 RCM as a Consultant - Process Quality and lead the charge in turning data into actionable intelligence. This full-time role is rooted in Taguig City and focuses on elevating data quality, process governance, and performance analytics to optimize healthcare revenue cycle outcomes. You will collaborate with data engineers, quality teams, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor data-driven solutions that empower leadership with clear, measurable insights beyond standard dashboards.
As a trusted advisor in process quality, you will own end-to-end data quality initiatives, establish robust validation rules, and develop metrics that accurately reflect process health. You will translate complex data into compelling narratives, ensuring that insights drive tangible improvements. - Deliver training and documentation to promote self-sufficiency in quality initiatives and data literacy across functions.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data quality, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
- Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with data governance, master data management, and data lineage concepts.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
