As a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you will collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce compelling copy, visuals, and video content that reflects our brand voice and value proposition. Responsibility
- Develop and implement a creative content strategy across key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns
- Produce compelling copy, visuals, and short-form videos that reflect the company's brand voice
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate objectives into engaging content
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate community engagement while maintaining a positive brand image
- Track and analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Stay current on platform trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh
- Coordinate with external partners or freelancers when needed
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and basic analytics tools
- Experience with basic video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a small team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Result-driven with the ability to translate business objectives into engaging content
