Porto Indonesia Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic External Relations professional to expand our community outreach in Jakarta. In this role you will canvass neighborhoods, engage with residents, organizations and local businesses, and represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm. You will work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to build awareness of our programs and drive community involvement. The ideal candidate is persuasive, reliable, and results driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Responsibility
- Engage with residents and local stakeholders to raise awareness of Porto Indonesia Sejahtera programs and initiatives
- Conduct door to door canvassing, community events, and in person outreach in designated districts to meet program targets
- Collect feedback, field data, and insights to inform outreach strategies and program improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, NGOs, schools, religious centers, and local businesses to expand our reach
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to develop compelling canvassing messages and outreach materials
- Maintain accurate activity records, report progress weekly, and track key metrics in CRM or spreadsheets
- Represent the company at events, fairs, and community activities with professionalism and integrity
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety policies, and company standards during outreach
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in canvassing, field outreach, sales, or community engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities and comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to cover multiple districts
- Proficient with mobile devices, data collection apps, and basic CRM tools
- Positive, resilient, and customer centric with a proactive attitude
