You will also coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory integrity and on-time fulfillment, supporting marketing campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.

Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces, ensuring complete, accurate data and compelling descriptions.
- Keep pricing, stock levels, and promotions up to date to maximize sales and margins.
- Process orders, coordinate shipments, and resolve issues to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, or social media with a courteous and solution-focused approach.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions on the marketplace.
- Maintain clear records and generate basic sales reports to monitor performance and trends.
Qualification
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in admin, e-commerce, or marketplace support is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian; proficient in English is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and data-entry accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic content editing is advantageous.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
