Responsibility
- Develop and implement content curation strategies across web, apps, and partner channels to maximize discoverability and engagement.
- Source, evaluate, and organize high-quality content from creators, publishers, and internal teams.
- Create and maintain taxonomy, tags, and metadata to improve searchability and recommendations.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and marketing teams to align content with brand voice and business goals.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools; translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Manage licensing, rights, and copyright compliance for curated content.
- Build and nurture relationships with content partners and communities to expand curated offerings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Library Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial, or digital asset management.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CMS/digital asset management tools; basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) and storytelling with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; strong collaboration in cross-functional teams.
