Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand vision, skin type, and color selection; tailor makeup accordingly.
- Apply makeup for weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows, and events with precision and artistry.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and wardrobe teams to achieve cohesive looks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards.
- Stay current with makeup trends, products, and techniques; recommend products and shades accordingly.
- Prepare and organize kit, manage time effectively, and meet tight schedules.
- Document looks with high-quality photos for portfolio, marketing, and client referrals.
- Provide exceptional client service, including pre and post event touch-ups as needed.
Qualification
- Certified makeup artist with 2+ years of professional experience in bridal, beauty, or editorial makeup.
- Proficient with airbrush makeup and a wide range of skin tones; strong color theory.
- Excellent communication and customer service; ability to interpret client vision.
- Strong sanitation and hygiene practices; knowledge of product safety and safety protocols.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; reliable portfolio or online presence.
- Portfolio samples or links; references preferred.
- Kit management skills: organization, inventory tracking, and secure storage.
