Responsibility
- Provide makeup artistry for fashion shoots, beauty campaigns, weddings, and red-carpet events.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and clients to align on creative direction and looks.
- Conduct pre-session consultations, skin analysis, and shade matching to tailor the look.
- Create and execute makeup looks that suit lighting, wardrobe, and brand style; adapt quickly on set.
- Maintain an organized, sanitation-compliant kit; manage product inventory and replacements.
- Stay current with trends, products, and techniques; share knowledge with the team.
- On-set time management, multi-look coordination, and smooth client transitions.
- Participate in makeup trials, fittings, and client education sessions with a professional demeanor.
Qualification
- 2+ years of professional makeup artistry experience in fashion, beauty, bridal, or editorial work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across looks and skin tones.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques for beauty, editorial, and glam looks; color theory expertise.
- Excellent communication, client service, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and on-location shoots.
- Solid knowledge of sanitation, skin safety, and kit management; compliance with health guidelines.
- Own makeup kit and reliable transportation; proficiency with pro-grade brands is a plus.
