Responsibility
- Lead on-set makeup artistry for all assignments, ensuring on-time delivery and premium results
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers to realize creative concepts
- Conduct client consultations, skin analyses, and color matching to tailor looks
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and organize kits for fast-paced sets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists and interns on set
- Stay current with industry trends, product launches, and beauty techniques
- Continuously build and curate a versatile makeup kit suited for bridal, editorial, and commercial work
- Adapt to changing project scopes while upholding brand standards and client satisfaction
Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years of professional makeup artistry experience across bridal, editorial, and commercial work
- Portfolio showcasing diverse looks, skin tones, and lighting environments
- Formal training/certification in makeup artistry preferred
- Deep knowledge of skincare, color theory, and product formulations
- Excellent communication, client relations, and on-set etiquette
- Proficiency with a wide range of brands, tools, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and long shoots
- Proactive, organized, and able to lead a small team under pressure
