As a Cook, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and cooking of menu items, grill and fry station operations, and ensuring each plate is prepared with care. You will work closely with the kitchen crew to maintain a clean, organized station, manage portions, monitor inventory, and uphold strict food safety practices in line with local regulations and company policies.

Responsibility
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards with consistency and speed.
- Operate and maintain kitchen stations (grill, fryer, saute, etc) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portioning and plating guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory, and assist with food ordering and waste control.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation; adhere to cleaning schedules and sanitation practices.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and safety regulations to protect guests and team members.
- Assist in line setup and shift change, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
- Communicate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure excellent guest experience.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a cook in a fast food or quick service environment preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced kitchen and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
- Ability to read and follow recipes precisely and manage portion control.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability; punctual and flexible schedule including weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks; capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and new menu items.
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
