PT. Arif Cipta Maju invites motivated individuals in Bali to join our growing hospitality team as a Cook Helper, Waiter/Server, and Steward. This role blends practical kitchen support with front-of-house service, ideal for people who enjoy a hands-on role in a lively hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting cooks with basic food preparation and plating, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, stocking and organizing kitchen supplies, and maintaining hygiene in work areas. In the dining room, you will assist wait staff by serving guests, clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting efficient service during peak hours. You will also help with bussing, dishwashing, and general station upkeep to ensure smooth kitchen-to-table flow. This role is perfect for team players who value speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a tropical resort or casual dining setting.

Responsibility
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation, mise en place, and dish plating to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen stations, dining areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with safety standards.
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies, rotate stock, and monitor ingredient levels to avoid shortages.
- Support front-of-house service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving beverages, and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas between courses, and manage plate presentation for guests.
- Help with bussing, dishwashing, and general station upkeep to ensure efficient service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
- Basic English and Indonesian communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor with guests.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude; punctual and proactive.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, with ability to lift light loads.
