Are you passionate about culinary excellence and leading a team to success? PT Curry Boga Indonesia is seeking a Cook Leader for our Surabaya location. As a Cook Leader, you will be responsible for executing production operations and carrying out tasks according to established SOP standards.
Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily culinary activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
