Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate banking clients, ensuring tailored financial solutions are provided.
- Identify business opportunities and cross-sell banking products including loans, treasury, and capital markets services.
- Lead origination and execution of complex transactions for large corporates.
- Analyze financial statements and credit profiles to assess lending risk and structure optimal financing solutions.
- Prepare and present client pitches, proposals, and credit applications.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold compliance standards.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-touch client experiences.
- Track market trends and stay informed about competitor product offerings.
Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of corporate banking or commercial lending experience.
- Proven track record managing client portfolios within the banking sector.
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Deep understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Results-driven and skilled in delivering against revenue targets.
- FINRA licensing or MBA considered an asset.
