Responsibility
- Develop and implement corporate financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for multiple business units.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to guide senior management decisions.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital optimization across the organization.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for stakeholders and executive management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Support mergers & acquisitions, investments, and other strategic business initiatives.
- Coordinate and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven success supporting complex, multi-divisional businesses or enterprises with global operations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics, and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
