Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost reports for food and beverage wholesale operations
- Maintain and update cost accounting records for inventory, raw materials, and finished goods
- Monitor and review production costs, purchasing, and inventory variances
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize cost efficiency
- Present cost analysis findings and recommendations to management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in food and beverage or wholesale industry
- Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
