As the Coupa Deputy (Finance & Process Lead) at Global Virtuoso, Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading Coupa workflows, optimizing finance processes, and driving system excellence. You will be the key link between Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring seamless operations and financial efficiency.
Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Coupa workflows to streamline processes
- Collaborate with AP, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive system excellence
- Lead and implement finance process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Prior experience in finance process optimization
- Strong understanding of Coupa or similar financial systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
