Responsibility
- Safely pick up, transport, and deliver packages and documents to specified locations in a timely manner.
- Review and verify delivery information and ensure all items are accurately accounted for before departure.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers at all times, ensuring high satisfaction with service.
- Log all pickups, deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage according to company protocol.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Manage cash on delivery (COD) transactions and obtain necessary signatures for proof of delivery.
- Follow all local traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of self, cargo, and others.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and other team members to resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C/D) applicable for motorcycles or delivery vans.
- Proven experience as a driver or courier is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Taman and Jawa Timur area routes and traffic conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages up to recommended company weight limits.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required.
