In this pivotal role, you will own brand storytelling, visual language, and product packaging across digital and physical touchpoints. As the Creative Lead, youâll set design strategy, establish and maintain brand guidelines, and mentor a team of designers to ensure consistency, quality, and impact. Youâll oversee concept development, typography, color systems, imagery, and UI/UX visuals used in apps, websites, packaging, and marketing materials. Youâll also guide photography, illustration, and 3D renders for catalogs, social media, and campaigns.

Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for Tunova gadget accessories, ensuring a cohesive brand language across all products and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual system, typography, color palette, and design tokens.
- Design and oversee packaging, product art, digital visuals, and 3D renders for catalogs, websites, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams from concept to launch to ensure on-brand execution.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing design team; recruit and build design systems that scale with the business.
- Establish accessible, user-centric visuals and implement scalable templates for efficiency and consistency.
- Direct photography, illustration, and motion graphics to support campaigns and product storytelling.
- Present concepts and progress to stakeholders, balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, product packaging, or creative leadership, preferably in consumer electronics or gadget brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, UI visuals, and product photography.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic 3D rendering skills a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Knowledge of manufacturing constraints, materials, sustainability, and production workflows.
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
