We are seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join Private Advertiser in a fully remote, performance-driven role focused on paid social and digital design. You will craft compelling visuals for paid social campaigns, display banners, and digital assets that drive engagement, brand consistency, and measurable results. You'll translate briefs into high-impact creative, working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to align creative concepts with campaign goals and audience insights.

As a mid-level designer, you'll balance aesthetics with performance, iterating rapidly based on data and test results. You'll help establish scalable templates and design systems, ensuring assets load quickly on mobile and desktop, while maintaining brand standards across channels. Responsibility

  • Create engaging graphic assets for paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) including static images, short videos, GIFs, and banners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Performance teams to translate campaign goals into compelling visual concepts and assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all digital channels and campaign creative.
  • Optimize assets for speed and responsiveness, ensuring fast load times on mobile and desktop.
  • Iterate on creative concepts based on A/B test results, performance metrics, and audience insights.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering scalable templates for future campaigns.
  • Contribute to design systems and production guidelines to streamline asset creation and handoffs.
  • Stay current with design trends, platform specs, and best practices for social advertising.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on paid social and digital assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social creative work and modern design techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms with responsive and adaptive layouts.
