Join PT. Nexlink Bersama Nusantara as a Graphic Designer Intern in Jakarta. This paid internship offers hands-on experience shaping visual identity and marketing materials for a growing company. You will contribute to logo concepts, posters, banners, social media visuals, and print collateral, while learning how to apply brand guidelines consistently across channels.
Working with the marketing and product teams, you will transform ideas into clean, production-ready designs. You will gain exposure to the full design process—from concept sketching and typography to final layout and asset optimization for web and print.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visual assets for logos, posters, banners, social media, and marketing collateral
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive designs that align with campaigns and product messaging
- Produce production-ready artwork for print and digital channels, ensuring correct file formats and specs
- Assist senior designers with photo editing, color correction, and layout adjustments
- Prepare and organize design files for handoff to vendors and developers
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to the team
- Contribute to troubleshooting design challenges and iterate on feedback
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logos, posters, and marketing materials
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout principles
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small team
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus
