Responsibility
- Lead corporate crisis management planning, readiness, and execution.
- Develop and update crisis communication protocols for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate crisis simulation exercises and after-action reviews.
- Support incident escalation, response coordination, and rapid decision-making.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats.
- Train and mentor crisis response teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on crisis or emergency management experience.
- Demonstrated success designing and leading corporate crisis responses.
- Expertise in risk assessment, business continuity, and/or disaster recovery.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and crisis management standards (e.g., ISO 22301).
- Available for travel and 24/7 response during major incidents.
