We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead enterprise risk management initiatives, strengthen governance, and implement data-driven controls that protect assets and maximize strategic value.
In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to design, implement, and monitor risk programs across the organization, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster a culture of proactive risk management.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and execution of the enterprise risk management program (ERM).
- Identify and assess key risks across operations, finance, technology, and compliance; quantify impact and likelihood.
- Collaborate with C-suite and business leaders to define risk appetite, tolerances, and mitigation plans.
- Oversee risk governance processes, including risk committees, policy reviews, control testing, and reporting to the board.
- Develop and implement data-driven metrics, dashboards, and management reporting to monitor risk exposure.
- Coordinate business continuity and resilience planning; oversee incident response for critical events.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and align with ISO 31000/COSO frameworks; lead internal audit coordination.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MRM, or equivalent).
- 10+ years in risk management, governance, or internal controls; financial services or technology sector experience preferred.
- Proven track record delivering ERM programs and risk reporting to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient in data visualization and risk modeling.
- Deep knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, and regulatory requirements relevant to the sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate complex risk to non-technical audiences.
- Project management experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
