We are seeking a dynamic Crisis Management Lead to clock in as a strategic partner for global clients. You will champion incident response, business continuity, and resilience programs across industries, from healthcare to finance and critical infrastructure. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, aligning executive priorities with operational readiness.
As part of our Crisis Management team, you will collaborate with executives, security, IT, operations, comms, and risk professionals to ensure swift, coordinated, and compliant actions during disruptive events. You will own the development of playbooks, exercise programs, and governance processes that elevate resilience and reduce recovery time.
Responsibility
- Lead enterprise wide crisis governance, incident response, and recovery efforts across functions
- Develop, test, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Design and run tabletop exercises and live drills to validate readiness
- Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and scenario planning to anticipate potential crises
- Coordinate crisis communications with executives, media, regulators, and stakeholders
- Monitor operational risk indicators and supply chain resilience, escalating where needed
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on crisis posture and decision-making during events
- Mentor cross functional teams and foster a culture of resilience and preparedness
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in risk management, emergency management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in crisis management, incident response, business continuity, or disaster recovery
- Strong knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST 800-53, and crisis communications best practices
- Proven experience leading cross functional teams in high pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Data driven with strong program management and analytics; ability to present to C suite
- Relevant certifications such as CBCI, CISM, GCM, or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
