Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information to customers
- Update customer records in the database
- Assist customers with order placements and tracking
Qualification
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
