At AstraNova Technologies, we fuse cutting edge software with a customer centric approach to help growing teams unlock value. We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager in Austin to partner with customers from onboarding to renewal, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long term satisfaction.
You will work cross functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to champion customer outcomes, gather feedback, and drive product led growth. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and loves turning challenges into measurable wins.
Responsibility
- Onboard new customers and establish tailored success plans that align with their business goals.
- Drive product adoption by delivering hands on training, guides, and best practices.
- Monitor health indicators, usage metrics, and risks; implement proactive interventions to prevent churn.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and accelerate value realization.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive renewals and upsell.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with customers to demonstrate value and secure ongoing partnership.
- Capture customer feedback and relay insights to product teams to influence the roadmap.
Qualification
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and growing ARR.
- Experience with onboarding programs, adoption metrics, and success planning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and support tools (Zendesk) and basic data analysis (Excel, SQL).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or related field.
