PulsePath Technologies is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term customer relationships and maximize value realization for our SaaS platform. Based in sunny Austin, TX (remote options available), you will partner with customers to drive onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main strategic advisor to our clients, translating business goals into technical success plans and ensuring high renewal rates and expansion opportunities.
Responsibility
- Onboard new customers and guide them through setup, configuration, and training to achieve successful time-to-value.
- Own and manage a data-driven customer health score, proactively identifying risks and acting to mitigate churn.
- Develop and execute customer success plans with clear milestones, success metrics, and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities; lead renewal conversations with customers and executives.
- Coordinate with Product and Support teams to resolve issues and communicate product value and roadmap feedback.
- Deliver recurring business reviews focused on ROI, usage adoption, and outcome-based results.
- Create and share enablement materials, best practices, and training for customers and internal teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CS tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk) and CRM pipelines.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate usage data into business value and ROI.
- Customer-centric, collaborative, and proactive with a growth mindset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and adapt to customer needs.
