Responsibility

  • Serve as the frontline contact for members and providers via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous, accurate assistance.
  • Assist with enrollment, benefits inquiries, claims status, eligibility, and plan features.
  • Document interactions in the CRM, track cases, and ensure timely resolution within defined service levels.
  • Verify member identity and handle data with strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy policies.
  • Educate customers about plan options, allowances, and available services; upsell where appropriate within policy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with medical networks, billing, and operations teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maxicare products, benefits, and processes; contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Qualification

  • Graduate of an allied health program or a related health care field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; excellent active listening.
  • Customer service experience is a plus; healthcare or BPO exposure is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and health insurance concepts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; ability to learn new tools quickly.
