As a Steward, you will help maintain sparkling facilities and smooth daily operations across dining, bar, and guest areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities include keeping public spaces immaculate, assisting with event setups, and ensuring guests move safely and comfortably through busy areas. You will collaborate closely with bartenders, servers, security, and management to uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

We are seeking reliable, energetic individuals who take pride in a job well done. Basic hospitality experience is helpful, but training will be provided. Ideal candidates are proactive, punctual, and comfortable communicating in Indonesian and English to assist diverse guests.

Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas, restrooms, walkways, and dining spaces to the highest standards.
  • Assist with daily setup and breakdown of venues, including tables, seating, and event equipment.
  • Support guest flow and provide directions, information, and friendly assistance during peak hours.
  • Replenish supplies, manage inventory in service areas, and coordinate with team for timely restocking.
  • Ensure safety and hygiene compliance by reporting hazards and adhering to health regulations.
  • Collaborate with service, kitchen, and security teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Help with basic service tasks as needed, such as clearing tables and assisting with guest requests during busy periods.
  • Uphold Minoo Beach Club Ungasan's standards of professionalism, appearance, and customer service.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
