Join a dynamic hospitality team in Badung, Bali as a Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress. This contract role from Private Advertiser offers hands-on experience in guest service, food and beverage support, and a fast-paced dining environment within a resort or hotel setting. Compensation is IDR 3,000,000 to IDR 3,700,000 per month according to experience and performance, with additional earning potential from tips where applicable. The contract nature means you will be engaged for a defined period with a view to extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibility
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Serve meals and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setup, clearing, and breakdown during service and events.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient dining experience.
- Handle basic POS transactions and assist with guest inquiries as needed.
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to medium trays.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork spirit.
- Basic math and cash handling ability; willingness to learn POS systems.
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to follow brand standards and safety guidelines.
