Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests, explain menu items, and create a welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, with attention to presentation and temperature.
- Operate POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Upsell specials and promotions to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualification
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Excellent communication and friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays; good physical stamina.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Flexible schedule with capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in Bali.
